Anti-Spam Policy

Anti-Spam Policy

Effective and Last Updated: July 31, 2026

Titan Funding Partners LLC ("Titan Funding Partners," "Titan," "we," "our," or "us") prohibits the advertising of titanfundingpartners.com, or any Titan Funding Partners brand, product, or service, through unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited text messages.

This Anti-Spam Policy explains the standards we apply to our own commercial email and text messages, the standards we require of anyone who markets on our behalf, and how you can report a message you believe violates this Policy. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information more generally.

1. Prohibition on Unsolicited Advertising

We do not advertise our website, brand, products, or services through unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited text messages, and we do not permit anyone to do so on our behalf. A message is unsolicited for purposes of this Policy when the recipient did not provide their contact information to us, or to a partner acting on our behalf, for the purpose of being contacted about commercial financing.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This prohibition applies to:

  • Titan Funding Partners LLC.
  • Our employees.
  • Our contractors.
  • Our marketing vendors.
  • Our lead-referral partners.
  • Any other third party acting on our behalf.

No one in the categories above is authorized to send unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited text messages advertising Titan, regardless of the terms of any separate agreement, incentive, or campaign.

3. How We Obtain Contact Information

We send commercial email and text messages only to business contacts who have provided their own contact information to us, or to a partner acting on our behalf, for the purpose of being contacted about commercial financing.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of obtaining any product or service from us. Communications that are transactional, legally required, or necessary to service an existing application, account, or transaction are not marketing messages and are governed by our Privacy Policy rather than the opt-out standards in this Policy.

4. List Practices We Do Not Use

We do not purchase, rent, harvest, scrape, or append email address lists, and we do not operate an affiliate marketing program.

5. Standards for Every Marketing Message

Every marketing message we send:

  • Identifies Titan Funding Partners as the sender.
  • Includes our physical postal address.
  • Provides a working one-click unsubscribe mechanism.

6. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Handling

Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and permanently across all of our systems. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked to log in or create an account to unsubscribe.

  • To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us.
  • To stop text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or call (866) 996-4266.
  • To request that we stop non-required telephone calls, tell the representative or call (866) 996-4266.

We maintain suppression and do-not-contact records so that a valid opt-out continues to be honored in future campaigns.

7. Partner and Vendor Accountability

Any partner or vendor found advertising our website through unsolicited messages will have its agreement terminated. We may also suspend campaigns, stop accepting leads from the source, and take any other action available to us under the relevant agreement or applicable law.

8. Reporting a Violation

To report a message you believe violates this policy, contact abuse@titanfundingpartners.com. Reports are investigated and acted on.

Where possible, include a copy of the message, the sending email address or originating phone number, and the date and time you received it. This helps us trace the message to its source.

9. Contact Us

To report abuse, ask a question about this Policy, or confirm whether a message came from us, contact:
